Susan Walker Toronto Star Certainly no biopic, Nijinsky is short on facts, but long on expression. Audience Member Cox embraces a wonderful life by making it about boring visuals and confusing shots. Not the way that Nijinsky deserves to be remembered. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Thought this film was masterful in its portrayal of an an epic act of poesis. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Slow but the music and choreography makes up for it Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member crazy. he thinks he's god. he's not. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Though offering no footage of Nijinsky dancing (or otherwise being himself), this film evokes the sense of his living, breathing, and emoting - via other dancers, wordless naturescapes, and the reading aloud of his diaries by Derek Jacobi.. Hmm. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie wasn't quite what I expected, but I ended up really liking it. Very evocative.
