Besides the main character acts somewhat reasonably senseless in vulnerable emotional state, as we all are, this movie is actually great and has some fine screenwriting like '-will I ever see you again? -no, but you will hear me again'. I think the lovers of the witchcraft subgenre should definitely see this one.

Intriguing horror thriller with an interesting pretext and held together by good performances. Although the plot becomes somewhat clunky as it becomes obvious what's going on, the switching between the UK and Fillipino scenes and some genuinely unsettling tropes make this a great watch.
