A confusing thriller that never coalesces into anything sensible, Noise will leave you wondering what happened and why. Unfortunately, you'll never know. And if squalling babies bother you, you'll be out of your mind before it's halfway over. A Belgian movie, the dialogue is in English, but strangely, some, but not all of it, appears to be dubbed. It's a distinctly unrewarding film.

For as stressful as the ambiance of the movie becomes, especially as the story reaches its climax, it also kind of loses the plot and forgets what it’s actually trying to do, leaving us with an ending that feels incomplete, unsatisfying, and rushed.
