The glam rock track is a bit dated, but the film itself has some amazing startling moments. I first saw this on late-night TV and had to search to find the title, and promptly bought the VHS years ago. If you can get past Brosnan's faux French accent (I could), and if you like sort of non-gore, but bizarre mindgame horror, this movie may be for you. Ignore the naysayers and give this a chance. One of the only times I've strongly disagreed with Roger Ebert.

pierce brosnan pretending to be french. hes an expert on nomads. hes in LA and hes amazed that there are nomads running around. theyre called homeless people! but it turns out these punks are really demons, they convert him into a demon. stupid and boring.

What a disappointment. There's some decent atmosphere and music, and it's got a cool concept, but it's just a muddled, incoherent mess. Brosnans horrible French accent is also very distracting.
