i've read a few reviews of this film and i think some of the critics fell for mr d'ambrose's traps; it could be because, i think, one must be able to read everything. there are films i thought i could describe as being 'devilish' when recommending them to others - or when i could not explain to my own self why i felt a bit ill after viewing them. mr d'ambrose walks a tightrope and, in my opinion, more than succeeds.
