This fictional drama is based on a true story. Two aspiring hip-hop artists from the Bronx, Lorenzo Lewis (Jamal Mackey) and Walter Velasquez (Walter Velasquez), try to make their musical dreams come true. But the realities of surviving on the streets are tough. Lorenzo deals drugs to get by, while Walter attends college and does his best to stay out of trouble. Just as things take off for them, Lorenzo is arrested and sent to jail. Upon release, he again faces the hard choices of urban life.

Audience Member i liked this movie....2 guys had a dream....upcoming rap duo.......lorenzo stayed negative all the time.....selling drugs for a living.....always blaming others for his failures....ending up in jail alot, and beating up on people....went for a badass....which in the end cost him his life......Walter stayed positive...always trying to live right and make the right choices....he had big dreams....eventually his dreams happened because he was positive and he stayed on top of it.....a good movie....alot of lessons learned in this movie....
