Mark Jenkins Washington Post Despite numerous missteps and contrivances, "Olvidados" succeeds as an indictment of Operation Condor's horrors. Rated: 2/4 Nov 12, 2015 Full Review Martin Tsai Los Angeles Times As if the torture scenes don't already render the film nearly unwatchable, we also have go-for-broke editing. Oct 1, 2015 Full Review Nicole Herrington New York Times While it would be a tall order to fully elucidate this complicated history in two hours, "Olvidados" is hamstrung by Mr. Bolado's lack of focused direction and a convoluted plot. Audience Member Such an important film. Wonderful performances. Spotlights "Project Condor" and the horrific events that were happening in South America during the 70's. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Serge L Excellent introduction to the evils done during the cold war in america. Engaging, lively cut. Believable killings with blood spatters. Good torture. Crazy messes. Pregnant woman in jail. Bloody film that seems to demonstrate that the evils were not pure and could in fact limit their insanity. Tough story for sure.
