Jacob B @JB3.0 4d Less of a proper documentary film and more of an anthology of shorts focusing on different branches of Disney with one individual representing that specific branch (e.g. Ryan Meinerding for Marvel Studios and Eric Goldberg for WDAS) and Bob Iger + Sterling K. Brown's narration essentially providing transitions to the different sides of Disney. This is a good documentary that does show that the people working at Disney are human too but it does at times feel more like an advertisement (particularly the Galaxy's Edge segment) and given that this doc came out in 2019, it does feel like it's there to provide then-new subscribers some content while they would've been waiting for the next episode of The Mandalorian. Though seeing how a series of shorts would follow this film soon after, I guess I can safely declare that this was a glorified pilot episode all along. That’s my rational explanation for whatever issues I had with it. And here I thought only scripted TV can get away with that. They're just normal people with normal aspirations, each particular in his or her own way. Some of the younger people seem uptight. They have a storage of genius. Endless smiles! Their fascination is contagious and alluring.
