S.B. B So glad I didn't let the critics deter me from seeing this! I really enjoyed it. The acting and scenery, costumes and of course music were phenomenal. This was totally worth seeing on the big screen. The leads and supporting actors were all pitch perfect. Go see One Love! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/24 Full Review S J This movie gives a snapshot of the music legend, Bob Marley, and how his music legacy unfolded and bloomed. Nice flashback scenes and a focus on Rastafarian culture as the centre piece of his music. The film is a coles-notes option biopic for anyone who wants to meet or be reacquainted with the iconic musician Bob Marley. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/24 Full Review Serge L Not quite what the tomato says and some images are are inaccurate. It's all coloured people and please drop the Romeo and Juliette comparison. It is a religious antagonism that is only too universal. Luckily, the antagonism is not hatred and ennemity. The whole thing is happening in Jamaica. Of course, nice ending. Kaleem Aftab The List Bogged down by the plot, the film quickly loses its way. It's a crying shame, because Letts is a fantastic filmmaker who can and should be doing better. Rated: 2/5 Apr 25, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews
