Has tremendous power and posses an arm with a sea prism stone which nullifies luffys powers. Pretty good movie in the series. It features a rogue former Marine, Zephyr, who the Straw Hats must defeat to save the world. The plot also involves some of the Straw Hats being shrunk younger in age, and also delves a bit into the canon story by reintroducing Kuzan (aka Aokoji) after he left the Marines.
