In an effort to prevent a terrorist attack on Washington D.C., an elite squad of Navy SEALs led by Lt. Blake Harris (Scott Adkins) and a junior CIA analyst Zoe Anderson (Ashley Greene) must retrieve a prisoner from a CIA black site island prison. HORRIBLE ACTING...camera work and ridiculous scenes in first 15 minutes. Truck at the gate not complying with orders and they just kept yelling get out of the truck and they drive through a very frail gate holding terrorists prisoners then a gazillion of shooters come out of the back of the truck... So stupidly predictable....turned it off. Don't waste your time!

With an incredible repeatability factor, "One Shot" is an action movie template big blockbusters should be following. The way it all seems to play out as a single scene is also magnificiently filmed. How do you switched from the bad guys to the guys when the camera is supposed to never stop? Watch this movie and then rewatch it and try to figure out how they did it.
