I really liked this, confused to low score. The acting was very good and parts of the script were well written. Intense, gore was decent and well paced time in-between kills. I would recommend to any horror fan.

Well, the acting and photography were (mostly) decent. I'm not sure I understand the last scene, but I was thinking something completely different had actually happened throughout the story. It really did seem like everything happening was in her head, and she was the actual perpetrator. But the ending throws some doubt on that. If it turns out that everything on screen is what actually happened, then the story is dumb, sorry. It makes more sense, with her being on medication, if she is concocting a story in her mind to make herself feel less guilty.

Open 24 hours is nothing special. The "gore" factor is incredibly plain as well as poor quality. The acting is anything but good. Don't waist your time on this B rated movie.
