Three former naval soldiers are reunited for a new mission. Banker Bill Web (Ronald Howard), pianist Pru Lawson (Rona Anderson) and Dave Newton (Trader Faulkner) are told by former commander Nick Rawlings (Keenan Wynn) that their assignment is to retrieve $10 million in Nazi war gold. After piecing together three pieces of a map pointing to the location of the treasure, the group head to Normandy to find the stash -- but begin to suspect Rawlings' motives along the way.
