I think the title suggest something this movie is not. What this is is amore of a western thriller than a horror. I did like this low budget more than I thought I would and thought it was beautifully shot.

I already knew that at the end of the film he died a certain person, so I wonder what kind of screenplay is we want to do something different every now and then from the beginning of the film I knew that that person would have died, accidents that writing disaster, and this is just one of the many problems !!

It started off slow. A lot of walking. Pretty pic's of the Montana background. A twist to the ending which was shocking. 2 hours was a little long. Lots of bad people back then and now. It was good entertainment. Enjoy!

This movie has NOTHING to do with the Oregon trail.. The plot was terrible.. but plenty of blood. I guess it wasn't a complete waste of time.. good actors... but the stupid plot and unrealistic ending forced me to give this 1 star (generously)
