Not many movies take the title of THE movie to watch. But I can say this. This movie is THE funniest I've watched, THE most inventive in its comedy, and for the love of all that is holy not a dead serious action movie. This is the best at what it strives for, and if you disagree I think you may be looking for a James Bond type of film. You can't be upset with a romance because it isn't a documentary. If you like comedies, you will watch this more than once

Move aside big-shots, because the other guys are on the case! Two very different cops attempt to reach the top spot on the force when they investigate a case that could get them both killed. The chemistry between the two characters is very palpable and the meta comedy is on the spot, making for a thrilling and hilarious adrenaline rush!
