"Outcome" is a dark comedy that centers on Reef Hawk (Keanu Reeves), a beloved Hollywood star who must dive into the depths of his hidden demons after he is extorted with a mysterious video that's sure to shatter his image and end his career. With the support of his lifelong besties Kyle (Cameron Diaz) and Xander (Matt Bomer), along with his crisis lawyer Ira (Jonah Hill), Reef embarks on a soul-searching journey to make amends with anyone he could have possibly wronged in hopes of identifying the blackmailer. Co-writer and director Hill brings a unique lens to Reef's wild but spiritually cleansing, nostalgic and eye-opening trip down memory lane, where confronting his past might be the only way to rescue his future.

It’s hard to imagine this mumbling, shambling man holding multiplex masses in his thrall. As such, he’s a poignant void, but a void nonetheless, and even at a slim 84 minutes, Hill’s doleful film can’t keep us interested in his plight.

Another movie that makes me think a group of Hollywood friends get together and brain dump ideas for a movie. It is self serving and not at all entertaining. I continued to watch it to see and guess who the characters / actors were. Story line meant nothing. Acting and dialogue okay. Just wasn't into it. Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer were the highlights.

This movie tried to make complex a simple premise which is not a problem, but the delivery felt like trying to touch every complexity on the surface without getting through any. I was struggling to stay connected. I got to connect to a few moments in the middle of the chaos but those get killed and dissolved into nothing. Felt like a collage that failed to create the intended whole picture.

A very underrated movie about the pressures of Hollywood and the dark side of it. Directed brilliantly by Jonah Hill and starring a great cast. This movie follows Reef going on an apology tour because he's being blackmailed. Buddy played by spade is his neighbor. The humor in this is on point and it's great seeing Cameron Diaz back doing movies. I absolutely loved this movie. Keanu gives a great performance and Jonah in front of the camera looks great.
