Shubhra Gupta The Indian Express Dibakar Banerjee's second, after his Khosla Ka Ghosla, is as Delhi as his first, and as sharply written. Apr 30, 2019 Full Review Jimmy Cage Jimmy Cage Movie Reviews (YouTube) OYE LUCKY! LUCKY OYE! is a slick film that is more than just a comedy because of its subtle psychological undercurrent. In any case, it is fun and the almost tangible visuality is remarkable. Rated: 7/10 Mar 1, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Oh man. What a joy of a film. Anyone who has ever been to Delhi will marvel at how exactly Dibakar Banerjee has captured the spirit of the city. The acting is fantastic, led by Abhay Deol, who is a breezy revelation. Watch it! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Good performance by Abhay Deol who is a fantastic actor but in this one I feel the story falls short.Should have taken much more than inspiration from the Hollywood movie Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Abhay Deol is a keeper! I enjoyed the North Indian flare to this movie, and the music was very catchy too. Similar theme to Bunty aur Bubli but with a smarter audience in mind. Again, bollywoodhungama warned against it and it ended up being quite enjoyable. It seems I don't have the typical Bolly taste... highly recommendable Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member So many good things about it that it's hard to get them all down. The direction. The superb dialogue. The groovy music. Supercool Abhay Deol. Paresh Rawal's tri-avatar symbolism. The job scenes. The awkward teen date. Could go on and on and on... All hail Dibankar Banerjee. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Entertaining. Parts were hard to follow. Great acting by Deol. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member It was just so hilarious- I loved the subtle funny moments. The cast also didn't do too bad with their roles. Although, there weren't many songs in the films which is unconventional for a Bollywood film. The ending could've been a lot better though. Overall, it was really enjoyable.
