Set in Arkansas in the late 1990's, a troubled 17-year-old named Matthew is slipping into a cycle of alcohol and drugs that looks all too familiar to his single mother, Christy. Sal D There's seems to be an interesting story in this film that unfortunately doesn't pop out in the 76 minute run time. The performances were also off - perhaps because of budgetary reasons, the production had to use single takes or the the actors require more seasoning.
