Haunted by H Where's the party? PARTY WIRE (1935) might have had a chance to be a good movie if it had been made before the Hays Production Code was enforced. It wasn't. Therefore, the film about the gossip overheard on a shared telephone line falls flat because the gossip isn't all that salacious or exciting. However, watching Victor Jory as a romantic leading man is mildly interesting. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/26/24 Full Review Read all reviews
