02/12/2018 This was a really sweet and inspiring movie. It's very religiously-based, and has a strong message of anti-bullying, tolerance, and kindness that is very relevant to our world today. It's very impactful to watch a community unite around a great cause, and this is a wonderful family film. See more 03/15/2017 A film for our time. God made all and accepts all who love Him. See more 02/08/2015 Overall I thought this was a very good movie. But, I felt dialog was weak in a few areas and scripted action was a tad forced or unrealistic. However, the film does have a religious backing, but the universal message about hatred bullying, and general acceptance is very clear. See more 02/07/2015 This movie was not appropriate for our time. It might have been 40 years ago, but much of our problem today is with Christians not stepping up to what is right in a loving way. The conservative Congressman-elect would not even be considered for office in these times. I did like the idea of passing the light.
