Jonathan Curiel San Francisco Chronicle Deserves attention. Rated: 3/4 Mar 11, 2005 Full Review Jack Mathews New York Daily News Showing the movie would be a great way to open a debate. I would love to hear its charges answered as clearly as they're stated. Rated: 3/4 Jan 28, 2005 Full Review Russell Scott Smith New York Post Often, the movie feels like sitting through a college lecture class. Rated: 2/4 Jan 28, 2005 Full Review Eric Monder Film Journal International The film is meant for those curious about untold stories and the stories behind the stories, and it is hard to dismiss out of hand. Audience Member The truth that CNN does not want you to see. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member A gem of facts and well put together. This important documentary should be standard material in all schools in North America. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Whatever you think of the delivery of this message - per other comments, "should be part of a school program" - this is a documentary, what did you expect - infotainment from Fox News!!! this is a serious look at the control of "the message" by the media and their lack of trustworthy reporting - i put this up there with "Orwell turns in his grave". Clinical reporting of facts - and yes the format may not thrill you - but the content should put a chill down your spine!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member "you can't defend yourself when you're militarily occupying somebody else's land. that's not defense. call it what you like—that's not defense."— Noam Chomsky Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member A very decent documentary, though not as interesting after watching Occupation 101. If I watched this documentary first, it might have received a better rating. The comparison between American media and others are great, but it would be nice to compare something more than just BBC. The film also helps look at common reasons for Israel's behavior and explains what those reasons really mean. Also extra props for interviewing Noam Chomsky. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member this conflict is terrible no matter how you look at it. this film mostly looks at the media role and methods of how to swing the true story to what they want it to be. Interesting but not the best film i've seen on the subject Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
