Pelikanblut ist ein Drama-Horrorfilm von Katrin Gebbe… Eine Frau, die Polizeipferde ausbildet, adoptiert ihr zweites Kind, ein schwer traumatisiertes 5-jähriges Mädchen… Wiebke ist fest entschlossen, dem Mädchen bei ihren Gewaltausbrüchen und Wutanfällen zu helfen, so lehnt sich der Titel Pelikanblut an die Tierkompendium des Pelikans an… Im Grunde ist Pelikanblut kein Horrorfilm, sondern ein Drama ein Schauspiel, dass die Mutterrolle im Zentrum hat… das bis zu einem atmosphärisch beklemmenden Mystery-Drama anschwillt… Man dann diesen Film lieben oder hassen, das entscheidet sich von welcher Richtung ich ihn sehe… Jedenfalls ist die schauspielerische Leistung und die Charakteren Entwicklung hoch anzurechnen…

This a truely fucked up movie. Not in the good way. Very annoying, kid screaming All the time, could be a long Version durex add. Not even scary, and the title has nothing to Do with the movie. Classic german movie making. I can tell as german. Very disturbing, Not scary, all fucked up. Save your time, watch something good.
