Simeon E Really nice its was a his in the KBS channel then Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Walaupun tidak menitikberatkan pada kisah cinta, kisah hidup 2 orang muda ini patut menjadi sebuah tontonan yang cukup menarik. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Gu Hong-sil played by Han Ye-seul (Miss Gold Digger) is frugal in life and doesn't need religion, illness, or boyfriends because they cost too much for her. Chun Ji-woong played by Song Joong-ki (A Werewolf Boy) is the idiot who can use even the most frugal advice. Out of pity for him, Hong-sil helps Ji-woong become better invested with his portfolio. It's a plutonic relationship at first but when Ji-woong begins to penny pinch for himself he learns the value of money and work as well. Hong-sil is a prideful woman with wits, and she's the one with the best money making ideas and stock options. She lies to Ji-woong about her intentions for helping him out of homelessness, but that's not the biggest secret they end up holding. Penny Pinchers is delightful with performances so good you can't help but cheer with every dollar they save. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member ì¤í ë¦¬ ì¤'ì"í~ë,~? ì¤'ê¸°ë¥ 1/4 ë´¤ì 1/4ë (C)´ ë?ê±°ì§... ã...ã...ã... Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Penny Pinchers is about love and money. Ji-woong is the ultimate slacker, who drives around on his scooter with his unemployed friends, also without a job to pay for rent or food. He leeches money off his mother, until a giant boar destroys her restaurant. Finding himself homeless, Ji-woong is pitied by penny pinching Hong-sil, a woman who knows how to make money and nothing else. Together, they form a money making partnership. She teaches him to provide and earn for himself, while he shows her how to spend money and form relationships with others. It covers all the usual romantic comedy tropes, but there are some very good character moments and funny bits. Penny Pinchers drags on with its running time, but its sweet and endearing without getting overly sentimental. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Nice story about a young slacker who lives carefree...and broke, until he meets a woman who saves every penny. They teach each other the value of each other's lifestyles. Great date movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews
