Audience Member I am on a third or fourth viewing of this poignant and joyful film. I can't help but shuffle my feet and tap my hand and smile! It's so much fun to see each of them solo, then finally work through Pinetop's Boogie Woogie in the studio. Fess didn't make it to the final gig, but he was there in spirit, for sure. I feel so fortunate to have heard Allen Toussaint in person. If I'm lucky, I hope to listen to Tuts and Fess on the other side one day.
