Charles S Really great story of women using science to create the MIT report proving that they were under utilized and compensated, and also research showing that the sort of views that cause that sort of bias are fairly mentally rigid to change. I'm not sure if i misunderstood the take away from most of the rest of the doc, or if it was actually just sort of pessimistic without showing the clear paths forward. At the end of the day woman, man or whatever category you put yourself in there are only so many resources to go around, if you want to accomplish more at times you will need to fight for the opportunity as these women did. Um Documentário denúncia necessário, e um pouco de justiça pelas mulheres que sofreram, nojo desse David Marchant, sofreu um pena minina, mas muito representativa, demissão e perda da homenagem no Marchant Glacier renomeado de Matataua Glacier que significa "uma escoteira antes das tropas"...
