josh b Jun 25 The story was riveting and the acting was superb, possibly one of Michael Madsens best movies. This movie is everything you would expect and then some with a theme song that ,let's be honest, is one of the best and most catchy songs based strictly on a movies plot. I can only imagine what had to have happened that I don't know about to keep this movie out the Academy Awards and to keep the theme song out of the Grammys. I have told every one of my friends about this movie now so I can discuss the complexity of the story. If you are looking to watch a nail biting, hair raising good movie, you've found it. (5/10) See more 11/14/2020 perhaps the worst film I have ever seen, the piranhaconda is poorly made and buggy, the script is shameful and boring, very poorly done performances seem like a theater group from some school, cast, I hardly saw one of them. See more 05/05/2020 This sci-fi movie has the most amazing plot. However, I would not recommend it to young children, as there was quite a lot of stevabalism, which would not be considered appropriate for younger audiences. As a babysitter, I would not recommend this as something to watch with the little ones. I would say that both boys and girls would really enjoy it, with the hot women and such. Maybe once the kids get around 13 would they be able to watch this absolutely stunning, action-packed film! :) See more 03/26/2019 Very thankful that Mr. Madsen has his own hot sauce brand to fall back on, because I assume he won't be raking in the residuals from Piranhaconda. The energy provided by the D-list was admirable, and there's no debating the merits of hot babes in bikinis getting eaten by a massive half snake half fish.
