It's been three years since the Barden Bellas (Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson) became the first all-female group to win a national title. All seems well until a botched Lincoln Center performance for the president leads to a scandal that strips them of their performing duties, causing internal tension and strife. Liked the story, giving the story an int'l spin with Das Sound Machine was great. Love the original cast but Hailee Steinfeld was very unfunny and her lines landed so flat sort of sucked the fun out of scenes with her in it. Chrissie Fit's role was not funny and pretty questionable. Elizabeth Banks and John Michael Higgins are perfection together.
