I'm not sure they consulted any actual Amish when writing/filming this movie. There are so many inaccuracies about the Amish and their culture, as well as several just downright disrespectful things. Movie was mostly cringey and boring.

Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Lovely scenery and good acting. Fairly predictable script and felt it wasn't truly representative of Amish culture But enjoyable and feel good movie for a nice night in.
