Predictable See more 06/22/2014 Poison Ivy in name only, the newest chapter of the series; Poison Ivy: The Secret Society has no relation to the previous films and doesn't really follow the formula. The story follows a country girl who goes off to college where a secret order known as the Ivies attempts to lure her in and corrupt her. The writing is terrible, especially the dialog, but it's not nearly as bad as the acting. The directing is also incredibly amateurish, and feels more like a daytime soap. Originally filmed as a TV movie, Poison Ivy: The Secret Society is a generic piece of tripe that has no edge to it. See more 02/08/2013 Decent movie, but not as good as the first 2.
