The story is about Ash Ketchum and his friends who discover a festival and a magician named Butler intent on reviving Jirachi. A wishing Pokémon, but unbeknownst to them Butler was once a scientist for Team Magma and plans to resurrect Groudon using the energy from Jirachi's body. But, when it turns out to be an evil manifestation that drains all life from the Earth Ash, Pikachu and Max must save the day. With a script by executive producer Norman J.
