Thomas (Michael Dorman) is a talented truck detailer, whose love for the beautiful Melissa (Emily Barclay) is matched only by his desire to own a prime mover of his own and start his life as a truckie. After borrowing money from a dodgy loan shark, Thomas's wishes seem to be coming true. But as Thomas sinks further into debt, his desperation for work keeps him away from Melissa. Will they be able to cruise on easy street, or is this the road to nowhere? also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Gyton Grantley, William McInnes, Anthony Hayes, Andrew S. Awful. Just plain awful. I felt that the film could've done better with all of the crazy visual effects of the beating heart and the car's engine (etc, etc), but then it just went downhill from there and into the dumps. Otherwise, if I haven't stressed it enough, plain awful.

just bad, doesn't know what it wants to be. my hopes for Hugh miller after Three Blind Mice and Two Fists One Heart have dropped dramatically with his work here. When will people stop casting Ben Mendelsohn????
