James Wegg JWR ... the proceedings are a pleasure to watch and, with Gary Koftinoff & Company's music tracks, sound great. Rated: 3/5 Feb 24, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Not bad, but it curiously mixes heavy drama with light fluff and it comes across a bit awkward. The performances are fine, particularly Marie Tifo as the main characterÂ’s mother. It means well and overall itÂ’s a good story. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member cool movie, i think that we should fight for our rights in school for the prom. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member It's quite obvious to see that the movie had a little budget. But the cheezy and kind of cheap style gave the movie a certain charm. Aaron Ashmore is charming and convincing in the role of Marc Hall, a gay teenager who decided to fight for his right to bring his date of choice to the prom. Despise some quite obvious flaws (putting artistic imagery just for the heck of it and being quite cliched) the story at its core is great and heartfelt which makes me give it the passing grade. It was a fun movie, and it shows that the world is so focused on the whole 'Gay' issue, and all Marc wants to do is just go to Prom.
