Logan D Traumatized as a child by losing his mother during Christmas, a high school student (Aleks Paunovic) and his buddies travel to spend Xmas in the very cabin she died. We were a bit confused when the they fast forwarded to the child in high school and he's being played by a 50 year old man. And his friends are mostly being played by actors in their late 30s. And his dad is younger than him. It's a conceit that might grant the viewer a grimacing smile but exhausts it's welcome as the film itself is pretty dull. Paunovic plays his character as a simpleton whom I'd doubt would know what sex is let alone be having it with a hot girl. Instead, view Benny Loves You. So many layers of humor from the casting choice to the many horror references. This, on top of having an absolutely excellent cast and crew, make this truely an amazing experience!
