But it has a bible belt/Southern Gothic/repentance vibe that gives it some well earned originality. Horror isn't always my thing, but this one did it for me. It just really goes for it, doesn't hold back. The horror and suspense was well done and the movie was just plain fun. Suitably gory and horrifyingly good times!
