Ashlee Blackwell Graveyard Shift Sisters Quarries is a beautifully shot, female-driven, earnest attempt at visual self actualization and inner-strength. Feb 11, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

s l For what it was, it wasn't bad. It didn't drag, it went by quick. It was only one hour twenty minutes. Honestly it could've been longer and developed a bit more to make it more fulfilling, but it is what it is. That's what was given. There wasn't a great or developed story here, just scant details on some of the characters. Not much dialogue or other development. Nothing new even in terms of this kind of story. There was a lot of running and screaming and violence. It was filmed decently though, and, scant story or not, at least it made sense which seems uncommon in a lot of films nowadays. Scenery did look nice. If you can't find anything else good, or don't feel like looking too hard, I'd say watch it. Nice little relaxing tune at the end which is needed after the trauma of the movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member First time female filmmakers. Film was financed by women, produced by women, written by women in acted in by women. More films like these that show diverse points of view need to be made. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member After finding out what this movie's budget was, I have no choice but to give this 5 stars (would give 6 if I could)! May not be a perfect film but an unbelievable accomplishment in production value. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent acting and photography with the flimsiest plot and story ever. Absolutely no back story or motives for the killers is offered. Can't really remember a single quarry in it either Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member It's babes in the wood and big bad wolves. A pretty pointless exercise in schlock horror which is neither schloky or particularly horrid. If you want to see women being hunted and hurt you might enjoy this similarly if you want to see what's left of the women get their revenge, you might enjoy this also but if you're looking for a dark tale, set in the woods then you probably won't enjoy this much at all. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Good indie, high production value. I thought the theme was appropriate for a horror/thriller and varied enough from traditional genre films to keep my attention. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Read all reviews
