These "Tigers" claw their way into a frivolous lather but whether or not Chan's latest spectacle deserves a boarding pass to enjoy the same blueprint thrills . . . well, hey . . . would you rather see the sequel "Skiptrace 2"? I rest my case . . .

I dont know what people were thinking, because I thought this was a wonderful film. Great balance between sweetness, comedy, and action. The main characters were perfectly cast and did a great job. The comedy was - mostly - very natural and fit the story well. The action was less young daring Jackie adding action everywhere no matter what, and more about what fit the story. Please watch this movie. It deserves a lot more of an audience. American reviewers did NOT get it right.

Be advised that this film is much more bloody/morbid than most Jakie Chan movies, but then it does deal with the Japanese occupation of southern China. It feels like war-time propaganda, which detracts a bit.
