Nick Pirandello (James Belushi) is considered to be the best of the best among his colleagues at the CIA. So, when the agency loses its inside man on a top-secret mission, Nick is recruited to work with an everyday citizen, meek suburban dad Bob Wilson (John Ritter), who is the spitting image of the agent initially assigned to the case. Not only is Bob unaccustomed to the nature of dangerous CIA work, he also finds Nick's claims that the mission involves aliens a bit suspect.

Terry M It's an underrated comedy--it's breezy, zany fun. Belushi & Ritter are great together, and this film even has heart. Water is life--especially in a collector's edition glass--all will be hunky dory. Blessed is the Maker, Shai-Hulud. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/08/24 Full Review David M I've always considered this one of the best comedies out of the 80's. You can truly see why John Ritter rose to fame as quickly as he did in this movie. Great movie!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/06/24 Full Review Kamilah D I looooooove this ridiculous movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/18/24 Full Review Paw P This is the most enjoyable spy, buddy, road trip, sci-fi, comedy, action, drama movie from the 1980's with a memorable cast 🛸 Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/04/23 Full Review Jack D Too weird for me. It's like Airplane but without sexism :) Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is gold. I've seen it many times and it's excellent. Very funny, good story, I also happen to enjoy the score quite a bit as it does a great job of setting the mood. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
