William Bibbiani TheWrap Still cloyingly derivative and relatively shallow, especially compared to their most obvious influences. Aug 2, 2024 Full Review Joshua Polanski There Were No Gods Left Snyder challenges that binary in Rebel Moon and in doing so uncovers a truth about heroism that the superhero movies never arrived at: heroism is something you do; it’s not who you are. Sep 8, 2024 Full Review Cris Kennedy Inner East Review What I like about these two films were the things I liked about the original versions, a certain homage to those fantastical Frazetta illustrations... They're still long and self-indulgent, only now two hours more so. Rated: 3/5 Aug 14, 2024 Full Review Ankit Ojha Cinema Elite “Rebel Moon – Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness” is bone-crunching, heartwrenching, and chest-thumping madness that tears at you emotionally while its characters tear at each other limb from limb. Rated: 5/5 Aug 11, 2024 Full Review Armond White National Review The Rebel Moon saga seemed praiseworthy for Snyder’s victory over industry interference, yet these compleat “director’s cuts” reproduce the usual industry clichés. Aug 9, 2024 Full Review Johnny Loftus Decider Rebel Moon Part Two: Director’s Cut at times suffers from somehow doing too much and too little at the same time. But there is more clarity to what’s at stake for our heroes... Aug 9, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Horrible movie. Frustratingly mind numbing combat scenes that make so little sense, it turns into a comedy. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/25 Full Review Élio M In short, it's not amazing, but can be fun, can't say that i'm excited to watch more of it, but if they release i will watch. Much of the film is spent watching people farming. At least this time they told us a bit more about our so called heroes, you want to know more about them, tune up when part 3 release, and yes they explained Kora situation all over again lkike it was needed, but hey, when all the exposision and boring farming ends you have explosions, shoots, sword fights and alot of slow motion. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/28/24 Full Review Robeast R Barely an improvement, and a completely unnecessary “directors” cut. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/25/24 Full Review Bruce k Heroism is what you do,not who you Are Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/08/24 Full Review trood d Not as good as the first but still solid. Once again too long. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/05/24 Full Review Scott T Great movie with stunning visual effects, gets long winded but kept me engaged. Some complain about the shallow plot, to which I say, not every freaking movie needs to be some deep twisting masterful story. Sometimes we just want to go to the movies and be blown away by grandeur and spectacle! If you want some masterfully written story go read a book. Let the rest of us enjoy big budget eye candy will you! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review Read all reviews
