As a bit of forgettable, low-stakes Valentine’s Day viewing for the religious set, one could do worse. But those who only date their rom-coms "intentionally" could definitely do better. Go to Full Review

If you can turn a blind eye to that message and focus on the familiar funny faces instead, the tractor-beam ride to the credits is heavenly enough. Go to Full Review

It’s just shameless promotion for a book about relationship advice, released on a streaming service that also sells happens to sell the book. It even features lines like, 'This story hit so hard I Amazoned a copy of ‘Relationship Goals’ right away.' Go to Full Review

Even setting aside the religious propaganda, Relationship Goals is a corny, awkward rom-com with clunky dialogue, stiff performances, and a troubling view of women’s worth — though the soundtrack is lovely. Go to Full Review

Everything with the pastors feels so clunky. Like someone making a sermon in the middle of my rom-com Go to Full Review

Ivy S @SomethingToSay 1d I was so looking forward to a good RomCom. This movie disappointed in so many ways. It was very formulaic and predictable (girl resists guy, and then falls in love…again) I could almost fill in the lines before they were said! I think Kelly Rowland did well; but I didn’t feel any on-screen chemistry with Method Man. Their interactions appeared stiff and inauthentic. And if you want to use a movie to market a book, don’t be so obvious about it. A good story, well developed and interesting would have sold a ton of books! Do better. See more TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch 1d Relationship Goals, starring Kelly Rowland, is a romantic drama that leans heavily into the familiar Hallmark-style formula, even though it was released on Amazon Prime. The film follows a successful businesswoman whose professional and personal life collide when her former partner returns, threatening both her company and her heart. While the setup has potential, the movie never fully explains their past, making the emotional stakes feel unclear and underdeveloped. The film embraces its cheesy and predictable tone, which will work for fans of comfort romances, but limits its overall impact. The screenplay feels rough and surface-level, missing opportunities for deeper character growth and stronger storytelling. Some conflicts are resolved too easily, and the narrative rarely challenges itself. The director does a decent job keeping the story moving, even if the pacing and focus sometimes falter. Kelly Rowland delivers a sincere and likable performance, doing her best with limits See more Sonji S. @Truthorfacts23 1d This movie was funny informative made me cry. I laughed so much, and the music chosen was chefs kiss. This is the movie that everyone wants from Tyler Perry where you got it here. That’s no shade to Tyler Perry by the way. I would recommend this for a girls night at home with your friends and watching it with your spouse or your partner. People don’t give enough credit and it’s so easy to say something isn’t good but what I might find good you might not and that’s part of life.. I recommend it in a story Kelly and Method Man did a great job!! See more Tamara M @T.morrow 2d Light hearted rom-com. Love to see Kelly Rowland and Method Man banter. See more Jacqueline W @JRenee 2d This was such a great Rom-Com! The storyline was great. Very relatable. The principles from the book were realistic and the the characters are just like people I know including myself. This was a slam dunk for me! See more Jean R @fixerupper 2d This storyline has been rehashed over and over. Of course it had to be a Tv production setting. Of course a new worker is introduced and there is friction between the lead, boring. I couldn't stomach the vomit and stopped it. It was a waste of digital space. Denis Haysbert deserved better.
