Drew Toal Time Out Rated: 2/5 Nov 17, 2011 Full Review Kyle Smith New York Post This movie isn't even sophomoric; it's freshmanic. Rated: 1.5/4 Apr 11, 2008 Full Review Elizabeth Weitzman New York Daily News [Director Jess] Manafort aims for Dazed and Confused, but falls well short of Can't Hardly Wait. Rated: 2/4 Apr 11, 2008 Full Review Chad Greene Boxoffice Magazine Mostly, though, Remember the Daze is a set of largely plotless scenes showing teens trying to score either sex or drugs, with no particularly profound point to any of it. Rated: 2/5 Apr 11, 2008 Full Review James C. Taylor L.A. Weekly Remember the Daze has the irony-free, instant-nostalgia earnestness of your high school yearbook, but watching it is not likely to conjure your own youthful emotions -- it's more like flipping through the generic memories of a complete stranger. Rick W Tries so hard to be Dazed and Confused, instead it is just awful and unfunny. I can't believe someone at a movie studio actually gave someone money to make this after reading the script. I wonder if they were trying to make garbage since the cast has so many talented actors that went on to become huge award winning stars. The only good thing about this movie is that it can show young director or writer just starting out that Hollywood will still give out chances but since the writer and director of this movie hasn't made another movie since, they don't give out second chances if you make something this awful. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/26/24 Full Review Audience Member A perfect look into a day in the life of a 90's teen. It captures the feeling that nothing matters and there's no point to anything that so many 90's teens experienced better than any movie I've ever seen. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Got bad luck on that script Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Just a bad movie. Actors where bad too. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Lowest I could give was half star. Wish I could give a zero. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member I liked this movie a lot! even if the acting is horse shit the movie as a whole takes you on a journey through the day in the life of a many different high schoolers in the 90's. Plus the soundtrack is baller. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
