Could have been a cool one. Netflix has it listed as a zombie movie, but that's like saying Pulp Fiction was a story about a handed down watch. See more 08/17/2009 This movie was awful, they present the premise of the film in the beginning and never expand it past that. It takes a whole hour before you actually get to see the evils of government experiments. The actings wooden and the effects are weak. This is a bad B for those who like them.
