Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times The story begins in gritty realism, ends in pure fantasy and leaves out most of the alphabet as it makes its way from A to Z. Rated: 2/4 May 13, 2010 Full Review Sam Adams AV Club Ricky, the first of two Ozon films to debut this year, marks a return to his busy-bee ways, not least because it feels like two disparate movies joined at the hip. Rated: B- Dec 17, 2009 Full Review Keith Uhlich Time Out It would be risible if Ozon's hand didn't remain so steady and confident throughout, all the way up to a complicatedly upbeat conclusion that recreates the Christian Annunciation with the straightest of faces. Rated: 4/5 Dec 16, 2009 Full Review Kaori Shoji Japan Times "Ricky" also has its share of weirdness, but it's un-Ozon-like in that the queasy sense of distorted reality isn't in the details, but in the overall story itself. Rated: 5/5 Feb 1, 2018 Full Review Pablo Villaça Cinema em Cena Acaba encontrando uma inesperada estratgia narrativa para mover seus personagens. Rated: 3/5 Mar 25, 2011 Full Review Andrew L. Urban Urban Cinefile It's not a total success in delivering heartfelt movie satisfaction, but Ozon makes the film with absolute confidence Feb 21, 2010 Full Review Read all reviews

Sonya s IT IS NASTY AND TO SEXY FOR ME. if i was them i would NEVER do that! they are wild and crazy about thinking of this!!! it is weird and FAR to sexy... 0 STARS!!! BE BETTER NEXT TIME!!!!! the worst movie in the world!! if some people like this GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -from lil lady- Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/24 Full Review Audience Member I had no idea what this movie was about before watching it, so the wings were a bit of a shock, and I thought the plot had taken a terrible nose-dive at that point. (No pun intended.) But as it went on I realised that it lined up with what I thought was happening at the start, if you keep the opening scene in mind and take the events more as a representation of a woman's justification for her actions than the movie's literal reality. It's still not the greatest film ever made, but it's pretty cool as an exercise in subtextual plot. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Sometimes interesting but it never quite gets there. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member It didnt have an ending Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Cutest baby story ever.
