In this ultimate heist thrill-ride, Annabel (Lisa Vidal), a leader of a secret organization engaged in the recovery of priceless artwork, assembles a ragtag crew of art thieves to recover a Monet, Picasso, Degas, and Van Gogh stolen by Nazis during WWII and now in the possession of neo-Nazi billionaire oligarch Otto Huizen (Brian Cousins). As the planned heist approaches, loyalties are tested when the crew learns the real reason behind Annabel's search for the long-lost paintings.

Thanks to a script by Michael Corcoran full of the kind of pauses that drag out the playing time instead of enhancing it with originality. Bullets fly, but none of them in the right direction.

Oddly, the film makes a better pilot for a television program than it does a feature, placing dramatic emphasis on the mission via the Holocaust at the expense of character development, all while setting up further adventures ... .

None of the cast has the default cool charisma of George Clooney and Brad Pitt or the textbook example of a movie action hero presence like Vin Diesel, Jason Statham or Dwayne Johnson. In this case, imitation can only take the film but so far.

This thing spends more time justifying its own existence than it does telling any kind of coherent story. So there are these Nazis, see? We can all get behind Nazis are bad right? Now, Nazis are all dead now, so we have to have a guy that sounds German and talks about Aryans being better and bragging about his art collection .... I wonder how we can stick it to those bad Nazis???? We will need some sort of young, good looking, diverse cast for the heist...

The movie quality isn't actually too bad if we're just talking visually. That's about where the praise ends though resulting from some pretty bad casting and loose writing. I can forgive the odd awkward pause or interaction but that continued to happen throughout the entire movie. It felt like they wanted to make an Ocean's 11 but ended us with the foreign knock-off version, Oshen's Big Time Heist.
