Allison C Far better then the Hollywoodized Walk the Line. More brutally honest Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/14/23 Full Review Kate B I have only seen two episodes of the "The Lord of Rings, Rings of Power" series on Amazon Prime but find it astonishing in its beauty and cinematography. The eternal themes of good and evil, the variety of characters and their impact on their worlds are well rendered, the acting superb and the dialogue both intelligible and deep. A must see. Absolutely gorgeous. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/04/22 Full Review adam b I don't know anything about that johnny cash film but as the volcano 2- part miniseries goes, it was pretty terrible. Ok acting but the script is repetitive, the action is bare, the special effects were good but barely shown, and the directing was a fucking pain in my ass. Literally every other shot was the camera moving past objects while people talked. No sense of style whatsoever. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought Jewel did awesome in this movie but as a whole this movie was flat out boring. At first I thought it was a movie about Jewel but it is a movie about Johnny Cash and his wife June Carter Cash played by Jewel. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member it was a good country movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member I Thought This Was A Volcano Eruption Disaster Story?? Not A Country-Music Bio-Pic...Errrh??..In Any Case, As Far As Disasters Go, This Just Decides To Die Right Off With The Action About Halfway Thru, It Feels Bizzarro, As It Shifts To This Couple (Dr Cooper & Some Chick..Emily?? I Think?) Just Chatting Away, Melodrama Style, After All This Carnage. At That Point I Tuned Out & Gave Up On Watching Random People Running, Screaming, Wheezing (Except For Some Random Key Characters Whom Seem To Have No Trouble. Breathing Indoors Or Out Or Even In The Heart Of An Active Volcano!!), Theres Crying, Poor Lil Kids Hurting, etc etc...All To End With The Expectant "Yaaay!! We Escaped A Volcano!"..Meh, Whatever. NEXT!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Gail Pennington St. Louis Post-Dispatch Ring of Fire is a better than average Lifetime movie that will leave viewers hand-clapping, singing along and maybe sniffling a little. Rated: 2.5/4 Sep 13, 2013 Full Review David Hinckley New York Daily News June Carter Cash is the kind of performer you just naturally tend to like, and you'll like her even more after seeing this new biopic. Rated: 3/5 Sep 13, 2013 Full Review Brian Lowry Variety Jewel hits the right notes as June Carter Cash, but dutiful biopic doesn't quite carry a tune. Sep 13, 2013 Full Review Leigh H. Edwards PopMatters In making Johnny's drug abuse the main story of their life together, it leaves June to react to his actions, his troubles, and his needs. Rated: 6/10 Sep 13, 2013 Full Review Emily Ashby Common Sense Media Jewel does a remarkable job of encapsulating the essence and sound of this legendary and beloved American character.
