Audience Member This was RKO's most expensive production at the time until King Kong hit. It was regarded at the time as one of the finest of screen musicals. Despite the lavish production the plot was mediocre. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member A smash hit in 1929, it's corny and charming by today's standards. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member ok western musical combo but I'm confused in the credits it talked about Technicolor photography but I didn't see any colour its all B & W. til the end party I see now.
