Like ah yes it only panders to kids my butt the movie explores deeper themes like overcoming an inferiority complex and the “main” character almost die to save the world showing how they’ve realized that the world doesn’t revolve around themselve and that they are willing to sacrifice themselves for the greater good. Did these people even actually watch the movie or did they just jump on the it’s a comedy cartoon so we’ve got to hate it bandwagon? See more Aby M @RT50558083 May 9 I could've learn that the Ninja turtles Movie was a good movie to watch but what actually disturbed me is that in the beginning of the Movie it said "2034" meaning that it was the future of their home of New york, and it got me chills of that year but it could've mean something but what would happen in 4 years after 2025? who knows.. anyways with the Movie, I would've had think that the series was officially over because it would never have a 3rd season or whatever. because of that happened since they made the movie, it kinda got me sad that it was officially over within the movie. so then I'll doubt that I would had watched this again another time. Leo now being the leader of the turtles leads to an interesting international conflict shown through facial expressions and actions that carry a lot of the movie. The plot itself is amazing. Every event and moment builds the characters. There is never a dull moment in this movie because something is always happening that is important to either the plot or the growth of the characters.
