      Audience Member Rebel Storm (a.k.a. Rising Storm) is an embarrasment to most other cheap post-apocalyptic action-flicks. A terrible plot coupled with bad dialogue, uninteresting maincast and an extremely low-brow sense of humour. When you add to that the fact that the action-scenes aren't very good either there's just no reason to watch the movie beyond Wayne Crawford's hilarious facial expressions and smart-ass lines.
