Stephen Romei The Australian 07/08/2023

There are some flat bits and some treacly moments about the value of being human, but otherwise it’s an enjoyable entertainment. Go to Full Review

The only thing keeping it afloat is the lead actors, who lend their bodies and talent to portraying two different characters. However, the rest is a jumble of repetitive, outdated plots, lame jokes, and a predictable ending. [Full Review in Spanish] Go to Full Review
Jeffrey M. Anderson Common Sense Media 02/20/2024
1/5
It's perhaps ironic that the movie's filmmakers would use cutting-edge robot technology to create such a primitive, dunderheaded, and borderline insulting movie, a romcom unfit for humans or droids. Go to Full Review
Lisa Nystrom FILMINK (Australia) 07/05/2023

There are no real laugh-out-loud moments, no emotionally moving denouement, just a bland but good-natured outing you can safely forget the moment it’s over. Go to Full Review

Robots... proves to be a cheap-thrill disappointment inspiring the occasional chuckle and little more. Go to Full Review

Robots is likely to underwhelm at the box office but could do decent business on streaming. Go to Full Review

David 05/22/2023 WTF THIS MOVIE SUCKS See more Bob P Oct 6 Moral and ethical trash. It doesn't deserve any stars! I couldn't even watch much of it. I'm a little mad that I watched any of it. I would rate it 5/5 turds because I think it's that bad. I wish that I could forget watching it. See more Tanaputz J @Tanaputz Aug 5 Don't expect to see this nominated for anything more than "Best Okie Doke" picture. Cute little romp with some good chuckles tossed in. It's definitely not the worst romcom out there... See more Joseph S 12/03/2024 Light and easy to watch. Fun enough to keep my attention. A “okay” comedy that these days they just aren’t making enough of due to a culture of people being ‘offended’ at just about anything they wish they could cancel. So, don’t believe the low ratings. It’s not great, but it’s Definitely Worth A Watch. See more Eric W 11/27/2024 This movie was derivative, unimaginative considering the plot line, and relied on uninspired stereotyping for its humor. Would not suggest that anyone waste their time or money on it. See more Ashley X @ashleyxo 11/26/2024 Wow, unexpectedly good! I was bored and thought this would be another goofy comedy I could half watch while scrolling, but it really surpassed expectations and kept me glued in! It has a nice plot, it’s not annoying, totally modern, and actually quite funny. It does have some cringe scenes due to crude humor, which is typical with comedies these days, but not as much as much as one would expect and nothing like most movies. It’s enjoyable and cute and left me with good vibes afterwards. I would definitely recommend! And Shirley Lane (?) is simply gorgeous! See more Read all reviews
