It definitely gives a feel like Rocky 1/2 and plays more on the personal side. 2. The boxing. He changed the way the punches sound and rather than being shocked by the unreal punch sounds, its now way more realistic and your attention is focused more on the reaction by the fighters. 3. Music/montages. A little longer and more goosebumps. The negatives: 1. Some of the added scenes definitely could have stayed in the cutting room floor. 2. I dont mind the adding of scenes, but the scenes left in should have stayed with the original cut, they were better. One point when Apollo says "No matter what" to not stopping the fight, he says it twice in the original and only once in this cut. The original was much more powerful. Also, Rocky's speech at the end about change to the Russian crowd is modified, and not for the better. 3. The winning celebration looked really corny and didn't fit. 4. Could not hear the crowd chanting Rocky, like at all. If the announcer hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed that they were.
