Audience Member Veyr strange yet good movie thats like a film noir and works really good with acting but is very slow though Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member A great debut film from Yoshida about a group of wannabe teen thugs who leech off the rich kids father. When one of them falls for the dad's assissant he has to protect her while struggling to maintain his existence. Its just a tight mediatative film that gives you flashes of what was to come from Yoshida. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Kiju Yoshida's debut feature is nothing short of phenomenal. It's a slow placed, gorgeously shot exercise in nihilism featuring characters who seem to be constantly bored with life. A group of Japanese youth leech off of a rich kid and amuse themselves by playing pranks on the humorless female assistant of the rich kids dad. When one of the gang starts to fall for the assistant, he's got to struggle both to protect her from his friends and to maintain his carefree life.
